Kern County, California regulation enforcement officers arrested a person on Friday after he was seen leaving the scene of a lethal Amtrak accident whereas allegedly carrying a severed leg, based on studies.
FOX 58 in Bakersfield reported that 27-year-old Resendo Tellez was arrested and charged with taking proof from against the law scene.
The Kern County Sheriff’s Workplace, together with the BNSF Railroad police responded to studies of a pedestrian hit by a practice at an Amtrak station in Wasco at about 8 a.m. on Friday.
The unidentified one that was hit by the practice died.

Following the crash, a person, later recognized as Tellez, allegedly took the pedestrian’s leg and was seen strolling down the road with it.
Tellez was later discovered and arrested by deputies with out incident.
The Kern County Sheriff’s Workplace and Amtrak didn’t instantly reply to inquiries from Fox Information Digital on the matter.

Tellez was charged with taking proof from the scene, and he was discovered to have a number of excellent warrants.
