Bradley Marcrum, 24, was charged with tried homicide, mayhem and elder abuse this week, according to FOX 2 San Francisco. He was arrested by Bay Space Speedy Transit (BART) police on suspicion of theft Wednesday.
Police say that Marcrum approached the 68-year-old sufferer close to Bonar Avenue and College Avenue in Berkeley shortly earlier than 8 p.m. on June 28. He then allegedly doused the sufferer, who he didn’t know, with gasoline and lit him on fireplace earlier than fleeing.
