Dwayne Johnson introduced his shock return to the “Quick and Livid” franchise after burying the hatchet with former rival Vin Diesel.
Johnson final appeared within the “Quick & Livid” spin-off “Hobbs & Shaw” alongside Jason Statham in 2019.

Taking to Twitter Thursday, Johnson stated that he and Diesel have “put all of the previous behind us” as he gears as much as reprise Hobbs.
“Hope you’ve obtained your funderwear on… HOBBS IS BACK,” he tweeted. “And he simply obtained lei’d. Luke Hobbs can be returning to the Quick & Livid franchise. Your reactions world wide to Hobbs’ return in Quick X have blown us away.”
“The subsequent Quick & Livid movie you’ll see the legendary lawman in would be the HOBBS film that may function a contemporary, new chapter & arrange for FASTX: Half II,” he added.
Johnson went on to say, “Final summer season Vin and I put all of the previous behind us. We’ll lead with brotherhood and resolve – and all the time deal with the franchise, characters & FANS that we love.”

The pair’s feud started in 2016 when Johnson referred to as out an unnamed male co-star as a “sweet ass.”

After Diesel posted publicly asking Johnson to return to the franchise, the actor referred to as his transfer “an instance of his manipulation.”
