A Kansas police officer who was shot over the weekend whereas responding to a suspected automotive theft has died from his accidents.
The Fairway Police Division introduced Monday that Officer Jonah Oswald, 29, died after he was critically wounded in a taking pictures Sunday morning. Oswald, who leaves behind a spouse and two younger kids, was a four-year veteran of the police division.
“I’m heartbroken on the tragic lack of Officer Jonah Oswald, who made the last word sacrifice whereas finishing up his oath to serve and shield,” Fairway Chief of Police J.P.
