A Michigan lady who had been lacking since 2017 was present in a motel room after police heard her screaming and crying.
State Police stated on X, the platform previously often known as Twitter, that the lady managed to name her stepmother on Monday and inform her she was being held in opposition to her will at a motel in Inkster, Michigan.
Detectives decided that the lady, now in her 30s, was being held on the Evergreen Motel in Inkster. Detectives and troopers responded to the motel, the place they heard her screaming and crying from a motel room.
Troopers made forcible entry into the room and located her alone.

The lady was transported to Beaumont Dearborn for a medical analysis and to be interviewed by detectives. She was reunited along with her household and is receiving counseling.
Police searched the motel room and located medication, a cellular phone and a gun.
A suspect has been recognized, however nobody has been taken into custody.
State Police’s Trafficking and Abduction Group is investigating to find out if this was a case of human trafficking.
