Police are searching for a 17-year-old overseas alternate pupil who they consider was “forcefully taken” from the house he was sharing along with his host household in Utah.
In a press convention on Friday, Riverdale Police Chief Casey Warren stated that authorities consider that Kai Zhuang, an alternate pupil from China, was “forcefully taken” and is “being held in opposition to his will.”
